Product Development Manager

With more than 14 years of experience working for the Ripe Group, Charlotte brings a detailed understanding of specialist insurance product development to Cycleplan. As Product Development Manager, she uses customer feedback and market research to identify opportunities for new products and improvements to existing cover. 

Her responsibilities extend to policy wording and customer documentation, as well as reviews of product performance and customer experience. Working across underwriting, IT and customer-facing departments, Charlotte helps turn product requirements into practical changes throughout the policy lifecycle.
