The insurer will agree to pay for repair, replacement or issue a voucher up to the limit stated in your Insurance Schedule. The insurer will pay for the cost of replacement as new providing the bicycle is not more than 3 years old at the date of loss, it was new when you purchased it and you have the original sales purchase or till receipt or other evidence that clearly demonstrates ownership. If the bike is more than 3 years old or not new at the time of purchase, then the claim will be dealt with on an indemnity basis.

To qualify for the free insurance, you must have purchased a bicycle from Halfords Cycle2Work up to the value of £4,000. Proof of purchase must be made available upon request.
